I have a complaint regarding a illegal construction on the common terrace of the society the flat owner says that the terrace has been sold to me and he has constructed rooms and covered the entire terrace. pmc also sent him a notice but no action has been taken from the last 8 years we have sent several notices to all departments but no action has been taken p.m.c says that you need to go to court now and is not taking any further action.
