There are a lot of problems we are facing since 3 years due to overflow of drainage in our society. The septic tank made by our builder (Mr. Hanumant more and mr. Namdeo misal - both mseb officers) is insufficient and the problem is constantly ignored by the two.
Kindly take action as soon as possible. Other problems include mosquitoes due to drainage overflow, 24x7 water supply not there, tenants that cause lot noise after 11pm. Also mr. More and mr. Misal have illegally taken rs 50, 000/- after the deal was done and after paying more than half amount of the flat. There is no written record of on what basis this amount was taken. This amount is not part of the flat purchase price.
