Pune Municipal Corporation — Illegal Construction in Housing Society

Hi, I have complained the Pune Municipal Corporation about the illegal construction in my society. PMC had issues notices to the flat holders who have done the illegal construction. But, even after two years, PMC officials are dragging their feet and not removing the illegal construction in those flats. Can something be done in this matter? I am sure the flat owners must be bribing the officials whenever they visit the society for taking any action.
