Suryaprakash Apts Marketyard Road Pune 411037. There is an illegal shop that has been constructed with tinsheet in F Building of the society and it was constructed by a person who owns a shop in the society and now the illegal shop had been rented out and no tax or electricity bill had been paid of that illegal space occupied.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is regarding the encroachment of common space by several Flat owners of Prime Heights society in Tower A. The owners of corner flats have put Iron gates and encroached on the common space due to which people like me face a lot of problem. Our Society intercom has not been fixed since several months just because someone has put a gate beyond the intercom central box. Even the society bearers are involved in this corrupt practice and that’s why I am submitting this formal complaint. Kindly take cognisance of this state at the earliest.
