Pune Municipal Corporation — illegal pathology lab and bogus doctor

I am staying at bhumkar nagar narhe. I did blood test at life care pathology laboratory near hdfc bank narhe. Lab technician has been given me results just in 30 min. I asked him about pathologist that time he said that he is not here but he has released reports. They are playing with patients health. Even they didn't give me pathologist number. Hello,

I tried to put some old pillows in kachara gadi ( like everyone does ) but the driver of the kachra gadi throwback on the road and said do not put this kind of waste in my gadi.

I would want to know where to dispose this kind of waste ? Is there any rule to only put certain type of garbage in kachara gadi ?
