Pune Municipal Corporation — Illegal puncture wala encroached footpath

Hello sir,
We live in Chery Apartment, Near Nagar Road, In front of victorious kids school, S no 58 Kharadi pune - 14
The footpath is captured by so much of new enchrochers like Puncture wala, some have made tea stalls, its causing our family unable to go on walk even though its footpath.

so many vehicles parked in front of our society like buses, cabs etc its not a parking spot and it should not be allowed.

My request is to please remove the enchrochment from the footpath and illegal pan wala's where people smoke.

There is a construction work going on in Vishrantwadi behind Mahalaxmi Vihar. This is causing lot of trouble to the residents around this area. The work starts early morning at 7:00 (even on Sunday) and it goes on till late evening 9:00pm. The JCB noise is unbearable.
Request to take action so the timings are as per the residents consents.
