Pune Municipal Corporation — illegally opened shops in apartment premises

Respected sir/madam,
I’m a residential of muktaai, mathwad prangan, shivtirrhnagar, paud road, kothrud, pune -38.
There are few illegally opened shops in my apartment premises and when we enquired about the same they are threatening us.
The crowd gathering at the shops also observed using rough language or passing faul comments.
Due to these customers, members residing in building facing an issue of parking.
On the front road there is a p1-p-2 concept for parking, but on the respective day of parking when we wish to park in front of these shop - either they park there own vehicles or threatene us to park the vehicle at other place.
