Pune Municipal Corporation — kachra gadi complaint

Respected sir,

I live in Manaji Nagar, Narhe, Pune, survey no.43/46, near navdeep housing society, near jai Malhar building. I am facing a problem with kachra gadi and this problem i am sure is faced by most of the people staying here. Kachra gadi comes in During the day(irregular) and they whistle indicating they have arrived, but waiting only 10-15 seconds, they leave the place. Even if you call them they would deny to take kachra and would arrogantly talk to people saying they don't have time to wait. They will talk to you so badly that it would lead to a big fight, which no one is interested of. We are paying them rs. 50 to them plus they will ask more money in festivals where they will wait a long time for the money, but when it comes to their daily duty of picking up kachra, they will misbehave with us.

Please request you to take some action against this as i support swatch bharat abhiyaan run by the government.

Dear Sir,
I live in Main road Danyneshwar society 411058 in front of Ramdev Steel, we are facing in lot of issue in Kachra gadi, before 2 months NO Kachra gadi comes in my society, And if you give Katchra to any other Vechile, he refuses to take it, attached images to other vehichle (MH12 DT 6421) This Vehicle refused to take the Katchra, and also got angry with me
