Pune Municipal Corporation — municipal corporation excess property tax 2018 & 2019

I stay Kumar Pebble Park, flat no A1 407, in Handewadi, Handewadi Road-Hadapsar, Pune-28. My property tax amount is Rs.12, 842 .Same amount was came last year(2018). It was paid. But I am surprised where property tax comes Rs.8400 to other
other residents in my building. Note that all the apartments in my building have exactly the same built-up area as my apartment.The property ID for my apartment is
O/F/04/04641076.
Request you to please look on the matter and take corrective action on it.
Request you to please refund the excess amount paid my me in last year(2018).
