Pune Municipal Corporation — Property tax calculation is wrong

My name is pramod trimbak waghmare. My property is located at dhanori pune, (O/G/06/[protected]. the figure of my property tax is doubtful. i have discussed with regional officer (yerwada). he was also agreed. he told me that he will send one executive at my place to recalculate tax. but nobody has come,
without any action i have got the massage of this years Property tax. Please do the needful. Question is this, why should i pay this tax with faulty figure, and how will be the responsible for this. any how if i submitted that much amount. then are u going to give me cash back.
