Pune Municipal Corporation — Pune Metro ticket- not refunded

I was booking my metro tickets in Pune metro application by phone. i was booking two times and still i cant get my tickets and another time also i am try to book but still I couldn't get my tickets.. and my Money was debited .. I was ask the officers in metro customer care office, they said it will refund in next 7 days... but now it was more than 2 months and still, i cannot get my refund .
The exact date was Sep-13, 2025... i pay via google pay... and the ticket was about the distance for (PCMC station -Ramvadi) and for two peoples...
I lost nearly 150 rupees for three times booking without getting a ticket.
