Pune Municipal Corporation — sweeping never done in pmc area

Dear sir,
It is very shameful on part of pmc that they are unable to provide sweepers on dhyari narhe road which is under corporation limits. We pay property tax on time still we cannot get required basic service of clean roads. I have many times registered complaint on swachtta app and also on pmc what's up no. But they close the complaint without solving.
Location of affected area: saipuram society lane on dhyari narhe road dhyari opp sterling nisarga society.
I hope that our municipal commissioner would help after reading this complaint.
