I am living at 6th floor - flat# a4/602, kumar samruddhi, tingrenagar road, visharntwadi, pune. The flat owner of a4/502 who lives on 5th floor (Below my flat) has built a metal cover shed for the balcony which is not allowed as per pmc norms.
This is causing a lot of problems to me and my family:
1) as we don’t have balcony and shed is covering the view/connect to society’s internal road, in any untoward incidents and in emergency we can’t appeal for help and it is very unsafe to us
2) there is possibility of anyone (Thieves) to get into our flat using this shed.
3) pigeons and crows taking shelter on this shed cover and making dirty which is causing smell and making unhygienic and fruit flies are getting in the home
4) creatures like insects, lizards are entering to our hall from this shed
5) during rain, lot of noise coming in because of metal sheet which is very irritating and not able to sit in the hall and can’t listen to anything
Earlier letter issued by pmc didn’t work, please take strong action. Please contact us during you visit to the society
We provided a complaint to chirman of our society kumar samruddhi, vishrantwadi to remove the shed as it is illegal as per pmc norms.. But chairman said the owner of flat a4/502 not taken any permission so it is not responsibility of society and said it is responsibility of pmc authority. When i raised online complaint with pmc, they issued a letter to chairman saying that it is responsibility of society. But so far no action taken by either society or pmc. It is causing a lot of problem and request to remove the shed
