Pune Municipal Corporation — water supply

I stay in a gated complex which houses close to 800 families in mohammadwadi (Margosa heights). We are constantly facing water shortage due to short supply from pmc. It has been a frequent scenario now and we most off the time have to purchase drinking water. Can you please check the root cause of this issue and help resolve. With abundant rains this year, we did not expect a shortage as early this year
