Pune Municipal Corporation — Water wastage in my area

We told them many times not to waste water. But they don't listen to anyone.
And washing his Car every time with Drinking water or Municipal Watter.
They don't no The value of watter..
Plz Give him sum punishment or penalty.
The Main problem was It uses more water than it needs.
