Pune Traffic Police — challan on wrong phone number

I was in my office and suddenly in my inbox message poped up that i was found without helmet while driving and e-challan was issued on date 19/02/19 at 10:24 am. But when i visited website of pune traffic police challan shows of vehicle mh12ng5543 that is not mine.
Previously also i got one e-challan of same vehicle on 29-jan-2019.
This is second time someone else vehicle e-challan send to my number
I have attached e-challan photo.
Please look into this and kindly resolve this.
