Pune Traffic Police — e-challan received without evidence

Hello,

I received e-challan today i. E on 21 july 2017 for halting ahead white line, but no evidence is attached with it.

E challan number ptpchc[protected]

According to my knowledge i have not done any offence like above mentioned hence got aback while i received the message on my mobile.

How do i know, that i really broke the traffic rule, as i make sure to halt bike before white line. Kindly help me on this as this is the second time it's happening with me.
