Pune Traffic Police — evidence needed and also two receipts show wrong information

Hi,
I have recently received echallan for "double parking offence" with no evidence. The receipt received at home says the offence was carried out at 19:45 while the one i can see online gives time as 11:55. So there is big discrepancy here. Please provide the proper evidence and i am happy to pay the fine
