Pune Traffic Police — Illegal towing of vehicle

Hi,

My car MH12SY6205 was towed illegally by traffic police for no parking from Balewadi High Street Pune. However my car was in designated parallel parking. There was not board there for no parking there on the entire road. They were showing me board which was 100 meters away and there is no bidirectional sign on the board which says no parking on entire road. When I tried to register complain in Pune Balewadi Police chowki, they refused to take complain. This was clear case of extortion of money from citizens. They were also claiming the board which has nothing written as no parking board. I have attached image. Traffic police was like, do whatever you want to do. He was in full mood to do Gundagardi along with towing person.
