I received e-challan pnccc[protected] on 17th oct 19 for payment of rs. 500 for not wearing the helmet. The given vehicle no. Is mh-14 gy 2811 is my vehicle but its a crete car not two wheeler. I would like to hereby bring to your notice that this challan is not valid for me, since the image of vehicle is not mine.
