Pune Traffic Police — Incorrect Challan: PMCCM[protected]

Hi Team,
I have received a multiple traffic and other rules violation challan PMCCM[protected] for below:
Sec 184 MVA Dangerous driving 1000
MVDR 24(2)/177 MVA Police manual signal violation 200
MMVR 239/177 MVA Jumping signal 200

The date and time 28-Dec-2020 10:16 of the incident for which I have been charged is when I was entering Pune from my journey from Nashik to Pune.
I assure you that I have hardly ever broken any traffic rules in the past and certainly not for the ones mentioned above which seem serious.

I also assure you that no police man/woman did stop my car or intimate me nor did I break any traffic rules or override any signals in the way of my journey from Nashik to Pune.

I fail to understand as to why such serious charges have been levied upon me with such a heavy penalty.

I am a law abiding citizen and will pay out this fine if I am found guilty.
Please confirm these charges and if you have any evidence of me doing any of the things mentioned in the charges on me.

I have complete faith in the law and order and trust a just decision will be made in this case.
