Pune Traffic Police — Not Wearing Helmet Challan for 4-Wheeler

I got sms alert to appear before national lok adalat for not paying challan.
Challan Details:
Challan Number: PNCCC[protected]
Vehicle Number: MH12RY7541
Violation Section/ Name: Without Helmet Sec 129/177MVA
Vehicle Detail: 4-Wheeler Ford Freestyle 1.2Lt Petrol

How can the officer filed a challan against me for not wearing a helmet in my Car?
Also, image provided for challan shows a 2-wheller scooter.
Are they not able to see the correct number and for them 4-wheeler car is similar to a 2-wheeler scooter?

Please help me to resolve this challan as date mention in above challan to appear in court is 11-dec-2021.
Otherwise I will be left with the option to file legal case for mental harassment.
