Pune Traffic Police — Pending e challan after new registration

I made registeration in in 2021 and the challans of prior are pending and I received a notice for old challans where as challans after 2021 are paid. What is to be done of old challans as I am the fourth owner of the vehicle. New insurance was also done at the same time
