Pune Traffic Police — Traffic police officers/controllers not at the traffic control points

At the major chowks of Hinjewadi like shivaji chowk and Laxmi chowk and bhumkar chowk, traffic policemen absent from their duties at or before 7 only. These chowks are facing major jams of vehicles for more than half an hour or an hour.
Regular ordinary people like me going back homes are facing problems due to the jams, in the rains we're getting stuck.
