Pune Traffic Police — Truck on mundhwa bridge kharadi at 9am without number plate

Truck on mundhwa bridge kharadi at 9am without number plate. I don’t know the role of traffic police. They are flouting rules. We are suffering because of traffic causes by them. That too without number plate. Clearly non tolerable.
