Hello Team,
The officer took my vehicle in front of me while I was discussing with her that I am there near my two wheeler. The helper kept my boxes on footpath which are already loaded on the bike. Then I asked to do the challan immediately but still they took my bike. They didn't loaded bike properly on the truck. My bike was shifted by them vigorously in truck. My bikes mudguard damaged.
She refuse to do challan immediately and ask me to carry my big heavy boxes in hand till next chowk half km away. After half km walking, she place the bike in no parking area and took photo. I asked her to show the photo where I exactly park she didn't have it. Still she made me to pay. Because where she kept my bike that is also no parking area according to her. She keep we waiting for 15 mins because she don't have Wi-Fi.
So they 1. They touch my personal things (boxes while Towing keep my thing on footpath)
2. Damage my bike,
3. Didn't have proper evidence photo took wrong evidence,
4. Keep we waiting for so long due to there wifi reason
5. also Asked me to walk with my heavy boxes.
I want to request the team, that All police officer need to follow the proper rules because we are paying huge amount for the rule violation. Also without proper evidence I paid the amount which is also wrong. I need justice also the traffic police didn't have any valid prove they can't ask me to pay. I need my money back.
