Pune Traffic Police — unnecessary extra fine

I was driving wrong side on 4th may 2019. At 8.30pm.. Trafic man told me wrong side driving fine is rs.1200. He is not ready to list my words and directly fined.
When i got chalan maition that i was driving dangerous..
I didn't understand why people fine extra.
Kindly remove that extra fine amount..

I accept that i was driving in wrong side. But not dangerous driving..
