Pune Traffic Police — unwanted e-challan created

I was received message regarding to pay challan for violation of traffic rule dated on 7 april 2020. Challna date was 1 march 2020 time 18.03
As per challnan details description is due to parking of vehicle on footpath, cycle track or on zebra crossing.
But as per image attached to the challan it is clearly seen that bike is not parked on either on footpath, cycle track or on zebra crossing.
Also as per image, on right side of my bike there is one planted tree, then how it would be footpath as there is tree beside of my bike. This is the shop parking.
Also why these challan generated after around 1 and half month and during lockdown period.
Request you to verify and cancel my challan.
