Pune Traffic Police — wrong e - challan by pune traffic police jan 29 2019

One of the lady officer had argument with few bikers without helmet. She didnt even charged them but for no reason send e - challan to for driving without helmet without any evidence attached in challan. My helmet was on my bike as the signal was on halt.
