I was issued an echallan no. Ptpchc[protected] dated 18 jan 2019. The vehicle for which i was charged a fine for offense no parking doex not belong to me. The owner of the car is mrs mamta shinde, wife of an army officer.
I was first owner of this car and the ownership has been transferred to her in 2017.

Kindly remove my mobile number with this vehicle from your data and update the number of new owner as provided in the transfer documents.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today I received Echallan SMS on my mobile phone for a Vehicle MH12EF0649 owned by MR ASHOK SADASHIV MADANE. The vehicle and owner are not known to me. Kindly look into the issue and send the challan to the right recipient.
The Challan # is PTPCHM[protected] dated 24th Jan 2019.
