On 9/12/2021 at 5.14 pm in the evening, I took a U turn towards Bund Garden at the Blue Diamond Chowkh. The signal there is Faulty. The Green suddenly changes to Red. In the midst of taking a U turn how can you possibly halt in the middle of the chowkh & obstruct the traffic. The three traffic cops were waiting under the trees & halted me. When I brought the malfunctioning signal to their notice they said it was not their problem. They were very rude & challaned me for jumping signal & SECTION 122/177 MVA Parking vehicle in dangerous
condition/Causing obstruction to free flow of traffic. How can both occur simultaneously? They took a picture of my car & attached it as proof?? The traffic police were not manning the traffic. They were waiting under the trees for catching someone who falls in their U Turn trap. Please cancel my Challan which is wrongly issued. I tweeted the same to traffic handle
