Pune University — Pension grievance

I have retired from University of Pune, now Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPS) on 31st December, 2009 after attaining age of 58 years. I have still not received pension. For pension the age of retirement is 58 years whereas for those who opted for contributory provident fund(CPF) the age of retirement is 60 years. Initially I had opted for CPF, but later on I had changed to pension scheme. The same was accepted by University of Pune . Now they are saying as I had opted for CPF, so you cannot get pension. If I cannot get pension why University of Pune has retired me at the age of 58 years? Secondly, I was allotted General Provident Fund (GPF) number also. I have got all the documents with me. There are many employees of SPPS who had opted for CPF earlier and then switched over to pension scheme, and getting pension after retirement
