I booked flowers for my husband on Valentine’s Day but this website spoiled my whole experience. After making the payment, I received an email saying that if they can deliver the order next day on 15th Feb. I clearly said NO and asked for a refund which they agreed. After asking about the status of refund they sent me an email stating that refund has been initiated and now after 20 days there is no sign of refund. No reply to emails also. I am not new to online shopping but this is the first time I have wasted my money on such irresponsible service providers. Please take any actions against this website because it seriously causing disbelief in making online payments.

On 5th Mar company has sent me an email regarding refund being initiated. And on 6th Mar, I received my money back. Thanks
