Punjab And Sind Bank — ATM card

My name is Jagjit Singh and I am customer of Janakpuri, New Delhi branch. I am dealing with the Bank for almost 2 decades My Customer ID number is[protected]. I am also using Net Banking facility.
My debit card is denying cash withdrawal at Bank’s ATM. I have met Mrs Seema Chief Manager of the Branch and explained the facts and she asked me to use the card in the presence of bank staff who accompanied me to watch the use of card. Transaction was rejected with different reasons’unable to dispense cash/ incorrect pin etc. I have sent an email to the branch as well as Zonal Manager but my problem is not resolved in spite of persuading the officials. The status of my card is Active as per networking screen. I have been charged for the card which is worth not of service. Your help is requested.
