My name is Jagjit Singh and I am customer of Janakpuri, New Delhi branch. I am dealing with the Bank for almost 2 decades My Customer ID number is[protected]. I am also using Net Banking facility.
My debit card is denying cash withdrawal at Bank’s ATM. I have met Mrs Seema Chief Manager of the Branch and explained the facts and she asked me to use the card in the presence of bank staff who accompanied me to watch the use of card. Transaction was rejected with different reasons’unable to dispense cash/ incorrect pin etc. I have sent an email to the branch as well as Zonal Manager but my problem is not resolved in spite of persuading the officials. The status of my card is Active as per networking screen. I have been charged for the card which is worth not of service. Your help is requested.

      My name is Shiv Shankar. I ordered Amazfit GTS 2Mini New Version(5, 998)rs
      and Returned because Product was used and No replacement was available.
      So I returned but I did not get my refund Yet. I have Reference Number but bank employs denied to check status of my refund, and said there is no refund initiated. But Amazon said refund initiated. Now its been 15-17 days but i haven't received any kind of refund. Please Help, anyone have any Solution??

        I was assured by branch manager of gohana branch, Punjab and Sind bank that my loan would be sanctioned and you can purchase machinery and setup your plant but at time of sanction branch manager told us to first buy an insurance policy of 50000 than only mu loan would be sanctioned . Due to corona situation and lockdown I was not in a condition to buy that insurance policy, she didnt sanction my loan and I have no where to go as I bought machinery on credit. Also she said that it's her sole decision whether to sanction or reject any laon proposal Although all my papers are complete . Please help, Take action against branch manager and sanction my loan as soon as possible.

          I was trying to book tickets from my Paytm account. But due to some technical issue. The process was disturbed. My money got deducted from my account nd the tickets are also not booked. Paytm has initiated the refund at the same time only. But the amount has not been credited to my account. Kindly do the needful.

            My name is Akshay beniwal and I had ordered a product of RS.224 classmate pulse 6 subject notebook in Amazon on 13 jan 2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 18 jan2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 75260821019045302302849 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy.                     I shopped on myntra and did a payment of ₹419. Then i cancelled the product as i no longer wanted it. I paid through paypal by rupay debit card. Myntra issued refund on the same day of cancellation and also on paypal app the refund statement status is showing completed or refunded. But the refund is not credited in bank. I don't know why the refund is not credited or the bank taking much time

                      I have ordered 1 product on 6 august but canceeled it on 8 august on 9 i have got msg from amazon that refund has been initiated and refence no is 545918 but i have still not got my refund and talked to banks customer care also but they r also not providing any resolution plzzz resolve my prblm as soon as psbl as last date for amt to be credited was 19 aug 2019 but still amt os not credited

                        I have been trying to make direct payments using my atm card (Debit card) but am not able to do so since last two weeks. I have tried doing it at about three to four places just to make myself sure. Even there is some problem in taking out cash from the atm. I am not able to withdraw cash from the atm's of all the banks. I tried it at axis bank, icici banks atm, metro atm and am just able to access it from canara bank. Please look into it because i am in trouble when not able to make direct payment by just swiping the card

I recharge a bsnl number via internet on[protected]at 20:18pm but in first attempt recharge failed but the money deducted from my account. On second attempt rechage is sucessful but another money is deducted. I do not refund my money till now. Pls refund my 377rupees in my account....

                          I am a pensioner having account in Adharshila branch, pitampura, delhi-110034of my pension .

                          I had given my life certificate on 1.11.2018

                          My November pension has not been recd in my account.

                          Repeated request to Manager is ignored by him and he does not give satisfactory reply.

                              I concerned to bank and asked about formalities and we fulfilled all the formalities regarding this laon scheme. My loan has passed from the government. I have recieved mail regarding this.
                              When i contacted to the bank they asked me to submit registory of a property related to me. But there is no demand of any security upto the loan amount of 5 lacs under this scheme. Please take action as soon as possible. The govt has aproved my loan underabove scheme

                                This complain is made to bring in your notice the misconduct of punjab and sind bank, address:-ryan international school, padamawati colony - ii, jaipur, rajasthan. Ifsc code:psib0000870 micr code:[protected]

                                The bank is not exchanging the old currency 500-1000 rs notes against new currency of general public giving excuses that they do not have enough cash but are exchanging the notes of people who are their relatives or know ones or having an account in the above mentioned bank.
                                Despite our 2-3 visits to the bank for cash exchange the manager is not doing the exchange and he is saying that he will only exchange notes of people having an account there in bank.
                                The general public including us is having lot of problems due to non exchange of currency of these types of bank

                                I request you to take strict action against the bank and force them to work in appropriate manner.

                                    respected sir/madam through the column of this site i want to registar a complaint regarding that i had made a demand draft from punjab and sind bank, ludhiana, punjab(gill road branch) in feb 2014 in the favour of my company payable at mumbai.but when my company put that for encash the mumbai branch said that its already paid...howwww...a demand draft had already paid??the company sent back my draft by writing the reason...other reason...well its bank made draft...now bank says thats money is in transaction and we are finding .sometimes bank says there are two drafts of same no.i dont no whats going on.from punjab its paid.but my company didnt received yet.its ac payees so where money goes...passing my days...all deep draft, bank, etc details contact below require serious help mr surinder singh...[protected]...[protected]

                                      Dear sir,
                                      It is brought to your kind notice that GMADA in the month of June-July 2010 had invited applications for the plots of various sizes in AEROCITY project.I had paid the earnest money through Punjab and sind bank (finance case) for which i paid the interest for six months amounting to Rs 5800/- approx. The draw was held by GMADA in the month of november. and GMADA transferred the money of various applicants in their respective banks through which they financed the earnest money.Some banks have refunded the money paid extra by the applicants but the punjab and sind bank has not yet refunded the money. Officials concerned were not giving the satisfactory reasons for non refunding of money.
                                      Pl look into the matter and take necessary steps against the bank for delaying the refunding of money.
