Punjab National Bank — harassment | |||||
I m a account holder in pnb made an imps to my beneficiary the same was not credited but their website showing me wrong information of account in which they have made successful payment.now their customer care is asking me to visit to bank and email to imps department. Its their fault but i am being harrassed by making them calls and waiting 20 to 40 mins and requesting them to give my own money back to my account. Now they are telling me to visit branch and email and wait 7 days till the problem is resolved. I am asking you why should i wait if the tecniqal probelm was of pnb bank. Why i should i visit branch to take my money back which was disappeared from their system fault. Was this information helpful? | |||||
