Punjab National Bank — money deducted from account but not received

Sir/madam,

I used my pnb (Punjab national bank) atm card to withdraw rs.4500/- at Syndicate bank atm at Naraina Vihar . On 06/04/2018. But money was not received.
After some time, i got message that rs 4500/- debited to my account.

Kindly look into the matter & arrange to pay me rs 4500/- asap.
