[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank — Not Providing Subsidy Benefits on Education Loan

Dear Respected Sir/Ma'am, Greetings!! Hope You are doing Great!! I, Pooja Sharma applied for Educational loan and it is sanctioned against the following address, Branch name PNB bank Indira Colony, Rohtak Haryana and education loan A/c 145000JB00000620. Loan is sanctioned in 2008 and CSIS scheme for free interest came into implementation on[protected] and for this notification I applied many times to my branch for letting me to enjoy the scheme’s benefits but they have not given any sound response as well as he will increased my rate of interest 12 to 13.5 percentage and tell, I have increased according to BPLR+1. Also I complained to the regional office for this matter they also gave statements that they have not received money from govt. As I am Female, I got some Subsidy benefits from Mahila Vikas Nigam of Rs approx 50000/- which was confirmed by one of the employee of bank that they have received but now when I started installments for my Loan they are denying that we didn't receive anything.
