my name is ram prakash mahor ...my acount number is [protected].. my acount was dormant as per guidlines if account dormant state me hai to koi maintanence charge bank deduct nahi karti hai par 10 feb ko mera lic policy ka ek 11000 ka return cheque aya lic ne wo automatic mere pnb account me transffer kar diya par mera acount dormant tha fir bhi pnb ne 4000 deduct kar liye sir please kuch action lijiye
