Punjab National Bank [PNB] — aadhar not link with npci system, aadhar site show bank link status inactive

My Aadhar Card link done by PNB bank with Thumb impression, but till now Aadhar site Show Bank link Status inactive. My Pension hold last one year due to this problem. we had done both side Aadhar center & PNB Bank for this problem but both side no any response and say all data correct plz go to anywhere.
