My name is gokul. I tried mobile recharge redemption on this website on 04/07/2018. After the tranction the point & amount debited but recharge was not done. I tried calling the customer care and sent 4 emails but there was no response at all. There was no contact from their side. I request you to recharge the mobile number i requested for redemption or refund both the points and cash to respective account. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.
