Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Account debited but cash not dispensed

I have a account in your bank with account number [protected] in Vidisha branch.I did a transaction of Rs.5000 on 17 August 2020 from your ATM.The Amount got debited from my account but the cash not dispensed.It has been 40 days and the issue has not been solved yet from the banks side.I have complained already A[protected] with the branch.
