On 7th february i was tried to withdraw rs1000 twice from the central bank atm (Branch - tallab tillo, jammu), the atm did not dispensed cash but later i got sms as my account was deducted with rs 2000. Now then i m trying to contact customer care since that very day but it says line busy and i m unable to register my complaint.
The atm showed response code 0096
