Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amazon refund initiated but not credited in my account

Amazon has initiated me an amount 32999 on 2nd oct and last expected date was 7th oct 2021 bt till 11th oct i have not got my refund in my account and bank cust care is not helping they are telling that they cant help with it.
