Punjab National Bank [PNB] — amount debited but cash not dispensed by the atm | |||
Respected sir/madm, I, rajendra kumar singh, an account holder (Account no. - [protected]) in punjab national bank, sadar bazar branch, would bring to your notice that i had withdrawn an amount of rs. 1500 from pnb atm at sadar bazar on 9th august 2017 but unfortunately due to some technical problem or failure the atm has not dispatched cash but my account got debited by rs. 1500. I had contacted the bank the same day but they advised me to wait for 72 hours. I contacted the bank again on 16th august 2017 and gave an application informing about the matter and they said that it would take another one week to get the matter resolved but it has not been resolved yet. So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and find out a solution to it at the earliest possible convenience.
