I have done a recharge of 399 from pnb rewardz for airtel prepaid recharge in which rs 303.50 was debited from my account and rest of the money from pnb rewardz but the recharge was unsuccessful and amount debited vide transaction id ecom[protected]pnb rewardz\ dated 20.09.2018. Further, i have complaint in customer care for the same and they have given the complaint no. Sr a[protected] with assurance it will be refunded within 20 days. To make the scenario worst after 20 days neither i have received the amount nor the recharge but i received the message your compaint stands rejected as recharge is successful and telecom company telling that they have not received any amount.
I have mailed so many times and call customer care also but all in vain now where should i go.
