Punjab National Bank [PNB] — amount debited from a/c but not withdrawn

Dear team
On 1st april 2018 i tried to withdraw 5000 cash from pnb atm topoban branch durgapur however the transaction got timed out and i didn't received any cash. I registered a complaint ie a[protected]. I have also given written application to my home branch but till now i didn't received the amount. My a/c number is [protected].
Please help me to recover my money back to my a/c
