Punjab National Bank [PNB] — amount debited from account, but cash not dispensed

Sir i tried to withdraw rs 3200 from a pnb atm on 20.02.2018. The amount was debited from my account. But i did not receive the cash. It's more than 55 days, but i have not received the money back in my account also. Contacted axis bank via mail & got reply that, pnb showed that transaction a successful one. After this repeated email also sent to the axis bank, but no reply. Requesting you to ask for the video footage of that day. My axis bank acc no. [protected].
