On 4th of December, 2019 I made my SBI Credit card payment of Rs.7543/- via PNB Internet Banking. The amount immediately deducted from my account
but the transaction shows as failed.
On the same date I made my electricity bill payment of Rs.11, 292.12/- to BSES via PNB Internet Banking. The amount immediately deducted from my account
but the transaction shows as failed.
On 6th december, I lodged a complaint on customer care for returning back the above said both amount to me. They have given me a Complaint No.A[protected] and register my complaint.
But even after a lapse of 13 days, I have not get back my amount from Punjab National Bank. Its a harassement to me as my amount of Rs.18, 835.12 blocked by PNB and I am not able to make the payment to SBI Card & BSES for which they have imposed penalty on me for late payment.
I am also enclosing herewith statement of my PNB Account which shows the debited amount.
Through this forum I am again requesting PNB to refund back my amount of Rs.18, 835.12 immediately
