Punjab National Bank [PNB] — atm not received

Hello sir my Punjab and national account no is [protected] and my atm card is expired now and i havnt received new AtM uptill now .please despatch it ASAP ..thankyou in advance and if i can apply it through online banking then tell me the procedure as i cant visit bank. And secondly is there any procedurethrough which i can change my mobile no through online banking..
